Cleaner (Construction Service)

We are looking for a Facilities Cleaner to cover vacations and substitutions and join our team. The person hired will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees at the various centers.

• Perform cleaning tasks in the center's facilities, including bathrooms, service areas, and outdoor spaces.

• Maintain order and cleanliness of cleaning tools and materials.

• Control the receipt and consumption of assigned cleaning materials.

• Report to your supervisor any incident or client need that you may become aware of.

• Observe and comply with safety and prevention standards in the execution of tasks.

• Part-time schedule, 20 hours per week.

• Schedule: afternoons, Monday to Friday. (4:00 PM–8:00 PM or 5:00 PM–9:00 PM)

• Salary according to the collective agreement, direct hiring by the company.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of specific experience as a Facilities Cleaner (cleaning restrooms, common areas, offices, and outdoor spaces) is valued.
• Knowledge of handling cleaning products, tools, and machinery (floor scrubbers, polishers, and cleaning chemicals).
• A resourceful person, with communication skills, teamwork, and commitment.
• Availability to work the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday.

Buscamos un/a Limpiador/a de instalaciones para cubrir vacaciones y sustituciones y unirse a nuestro equipo. La persona incorporada será responsable de asegurar un ambiente limpio y seguro para nuestros clientes y empleados/as en los diversos centros.

• Ejecutar tareas de limpieza de las instalaciones de los centros, incluyendo baños, áreas de servicio y espacios exteriores.

• Mantener el orden y limpieza de las herramientas y materiales de limpieza.

• Controlar la recepción y consumo de los materiales de limpieza asignados.

• Informar a su responsable de cualquier incidente o necesidad del cliente que pueda conocer.

• Observar y cumplir las normas de seguridad y prevención en la ejecución de tareas.

• Jornada parcial, 20 horas semanales.

• Horario: tardes de lunes a viernes. (16:00-20:00 o 17:00-21:00)

• Salario según convenio, contratación directa por parte de la empresa.

• Se valora contar con un mínimo de 1-2 años de experiencia específica como Limpiador/a de instalaciones (limpieza de baños, áreas comunes, oficinas y espacios exteriores).
• Conocimiento en el manejo de productos, útiles y maquinaria de limpieza (fregadoras, abrillantadoras y productos químicos de limpieza).
• Persona resolutiva, con capacidad de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y compromiso.
• Disponibilidad horaria en turno de tarde de lunes a viernes.
