Welder/Assembler of Boilermaking Equipment

We are looking for our Boiler Shop (Metal Workshop) a welder/fitter/assembler to perform the following functions:

Assemble, weld, adjust, verify, and test mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems of industrial equipment according to pharmaceutical industry standards, ensuring their proper operation in accordance with said regulations.

All of this following the guidelines set by management, ensuring compliance with the company's Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety policies.

• Minimum training of Intermediate Vocational Training (FPII) and/or Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) and/or Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in mechanics and/or electromechanics and/or similar training and/or training acquired in the course of their regular profession. Additional training and/or experience in certified welding operations (WPS) and orbital welding, as well as technical training/inspection in welding and non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections, leak detection, etc.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in mechanical assembly and fitting of all types of installations and special machinery.
• Experience in the use of metrology, measurement, and surface verification instruments.
• Experience in machinery assembly and fitting is essential. Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge.
• Experience in performing inspections and non-destructive tests (NDT), LP, HT, LT.

• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally for start-ups. 
• Availability to work morning, afternoon, and/or split shifts depending on production needs.

Estamos buscando para nuestra Calderería (Metal Workshop) un/a soldador/a montador/a ajustador/a para que realice las siguientes funciones:

Montar, soldar, ajustar, verificar y probar sistemas mecánicos, neumáticos e hidráulicos de equipos industriales según las normas de la industria farmacéutica garantizando su correcto funcionamiento de acuerdo con dichas normativas.

Todo ello siguiendo las directrices que marca la dirección, velando por el cumplimiento de las políticas de Calidad, Medioambiente y Salud y Seguridad de la compañía.

• Formación mínima de FPII y/o CFGM y/o CFGS de mecánica y/o electromecánica y/o formación similar y/o formación adquirida en el desarrollo de su profesión habitual. Formación complementaria y/o experiencia en operaciones de soldeo homologadas (WPS) y orbital, así como formación técnica/inspección en soldadura e inspecciones END, detección de fugas, etc.
• Experiencia mínima de 4-5 años en montajes y ajustes mecánicos de todo tipo de instalaciones y maquinaria especial.
• Experiencia en la utilización de instrumentos de metrología, medición y verificación superficial.
• Imprescindible experiencia en montaje y ajuste de maquinaria. Conocimientos mecánicos, de hidráulica, neumática.
• Experiencia en realización de inspecciones y ensayos END, LP, HT. LT.

• Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
• Disponibilidad para viajar nacional e internacional para puestas en marcha. 
• Disponibilidad para realizar turnos de mañana, tarde y/o central en función de las necesidades productivas.
