Industrial Refrigeration Technician

We are looking for an Industrial Refrigeration Technician for our Terrassa office, for the ASSEMBLY department, within the LIFE SCIENCE EQUIPMENTS division, with at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position, to assemble and verify cooling systems for special industrial equipment consisting of refrigeration and fluid installations in accordance with pharmaceutical industry standards, ensuring their correct assembly according to said regulations. All of this following the guidelines set by management, ensuring compliance with the company's Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety policies.

Availability to travel worldwide on a periodic basis is required, always depending on the projects.

Overnight stays and travel expenses will be paid additionally, on top of the fixed annual gross salary.

MAIN DUTIES

• Assemble, weld, adjust, verify, and control the quality of refrigeration and fluid installations, ensuring that the assembly has been carried out in accordance with the drawings, P&ID's, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
• Train new personnel in the refrigeration assembly section, thus ensuring the transfer of knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Technical Office to make improvements to the installations.
• Perform helium leak detection.
• Carry out equipment commissioning at customer facilities.

Education:

Minimum training of FPII and/or CFGM and/or CFGS in industrial refrigeration and/or similar training and/or training acquired through the development of their usual profession.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in assembling refrigeration systems for all types of installations and special machinery.
• Experience in the use of metrology instruments and helium leak detectors.
• Essential experience with two-stage compressor systems, screw compressors, and liquid nitrogen.

• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally for commissioning.
• Availability to work morning, afternoon, and/or swing shifts depending on production needs.

Estamos buscando para nuestra oficina de Terrassa un/a Técnico/a de Refrigeración Industrial para el departamento de ASSEMBLY, dentro de la división de LIFE SCIENCE EQUIPMENTS, que tenga al menos 4-5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar, para montar y verificar sistemas de frío de equipos industriales especiales formados por instalaciones frigoríficas y de fluido según las normas de la industria farmacéutica garantizando su correcto montaje de acuerdo con dichas normativas.Todo ello siguiendo las directrices que marca la dirección, velando por el cumplimiento de las políticas de Calidad, Medioambiente y Salud y Seguridad de la compañía.

Se requiere tener disponibilidad para viajar a nivel mundial de manera periódica, siempre en función de los proyectos.

Las pernoctas y desplazamientos serán retribuidos adicionalmente además del salario bruto anual fijo.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

• Montar, soldar, ajustar, verificar y controlar la calidad de las instalaciones frigoríficas, de fluido, etc garantizando que el montaje se ha realizado de acuerdo a los planos, P&ID’s y las normas de la industria farmacéutica.
• Formar al personal nuevo en la sección de montaje frigorífico asegurando así la transmisión del conocimiento.
• Colaborar con Oficina Técnica para realizar mejoras en las instalaciones.
• Realizar detecciones de fugas con Helio.
• Realizar la puesta en marcha del equipo en las instalaciones del cliente.

Formación:

Formación mínima de FPII y/o CFGM y/o CFGS en frio industrial y/o formación similar y/o formación adquirida en el desarrollo de su profesión habitual.

Experiencia:

• Experiencia mínima de 4-5 años en montaje de sistemas de frío de todo tipo de instalaciones y maquinaria especial.
• Experiencia en la utilización de instrumentos de metrología y detectores de fugas de helio.
• Imprescindible experiencia en sistemas de compresores de doble etapa, compresores de tornillo y de nitrógeno líquido.

• Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
• Disponibilidad para viajar nacional e internacional para puestas en marcha.
• Disponibilidad para realizar turnos de mañana, tarde y/o central en función de las necesidades productivas.
