Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical training or training acquired in the development of their usual profession.

Related training: electromechanical technician, Laboratory Testing validation technician, laboratory operations technician.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Service departments in industrial companies and/or electronic equipment, performing validation of laboratory equipment.

Proficiency in office tools.

Spoken and written English at a medium/high level.

Nice to have

Commissioning of installations will be valued.

Knowledge of ISO 14644 and GMP regulations is valuable

The role

What you'll do

The main function is to carry out the assigned service orders (ODS); these include environmental control testing in Rooms, Cabins, Equipment, and controlled environment facilities, in accordance with established procedures, commissioning of equipment (intermediate knowledge of electricity / electronics), the instructions of their superior, the requirements set by the company, and according to current regulations in the pharmaceutical industry and related sectors, in order to ensure the proper functioning of this equipment, thereby fulfilling its commitments.

The main responsibilities are:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (electrical, electronic, and mechanical)
Develop the assigned service orders (ODS), following the company's quality policy and applicable regulations.
Perform Environmental Control testing in Rooms, Cabins, Equipment, and controlled environment facilities, and document the results following the established standard operating procedures (Technical instructions).
Execute the necessary corrective actions to achieve the objectives of the tasks assigned to them.
Inform the Line Manager and the Planning managers regarding the progress, incidents, and actions associated with their tasks.
Correctly report all work performed using the IT tools provided for this purpose (SAP FSM & DisQ).
Strictly comply with expense settlements, hour logging, and clock-ins.
Maintain the image and defend the interests of the company before customers
