Requirements

What we're looking for

CFGS in mechatronics, electromechanics, or similar, with a focus as a fitter mechanic and knowledge of electronics.
Experience in installation, adjustment, commissioning, and preventive/corrective maintenance of aseptic filling equipment for liquid pharmaceutical products.
Knowledge and/or experience in complete equipment and lines for washing, sterilizing, filling, vial closing or other formats (vials, syringes,...), containment systems (LAF, RABS, Isolators) and loading/unloading systems for process equipment, such as freeze-dryers.
Languages: Spanish, English. Additional knowledge of German will be valued.

The role

What you'll do

We are looking for a Field Technician specialized in mechatronics, for Customer Services, to join our team in Terrassa, Spain. In this position, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance, maintenance, and troubleshooting for complex mechatronic systems in aseptic environments within the pharmaceutical world.

Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of mechatronic systems and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems.
Analyze system data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including service reports and user manuals.
Stay up to date with the latest mechatronic technologies and industry trends.

Additional information

Driver's license and own vehicle.

Availability to travel both nationally and internationally. 40-50% of the annual working time.
