What you'll do

What will your job involve?
You will join the Interior Systems team, within the Engineering Directorate, at our Las Matas (Madrid) facility.
Your mission will be to develop, define, and integrate the train's interior subsystems, ensuring their proper technical justification, compliance with requirements, and final validation, working in a coordinated manner with suppliers and internal engineering teams.
To do so, you will carry out functions such as:

  • Develop and validate technical solutions for interior subsystems, preparing and reviewing documentation that justifies the design and demonstrates compliance with requirements.
  • Manage and maintain requirements traceability in DOORS, ensuring their correct definition, tracking, and validation with clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate the technical integration of the subsystem with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coherence and functional compatibility.
  • Carry out technical management and supplier follow-up, evaluating bids and ensuring compliance with scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Identify and control subsystem risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation actions and acting as the technical point of contact for clients and suppliers.

  • Technical Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Demonstrable experience with DOORS.
  • Strong knowledge of NX and Teamcenter.
  • Experience with SAP and technical supplier management.
  • Functional level of English that allows for technical conversation.
