What will your job involve?
You will join the Digital Transformation area, located in Majadahonda, Madrid.  
Your mission will be to identify digitalization opportunities, define solutions, and lead action plans to optimize processes, tools, and working methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the area.
To achieve this, you will carry out functions such as:

  • Analyzing processes, tools, and needs of Maintenance Engineering, identifying improvement opportunities through digital technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Defining and coordinating digital transformation projects, acting as the connection point between business and IT and ensuring their alignment with the area's objectives.
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and data analyses that facilitate decision-making in areas such as maintenance, productivity, task management, and workshop improvement.
  • Applying Agile (Scrum), Lean, and Kaizen methodologies to drive process improvements and ensure the correct implementation of the defined solutions.
  • Identifying use cases for Artificial Intelligence and other emerging technologies, evaluating their impact, benefits, and feasibility for the organization.

What we're looking for


What we are looking for in you

  • University degree in a Bachelor's degree and/or Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in industrial process improvement positions.
  • Experience or training in Lean, Kaizen, continuous improvement, and digital transformation methodologies, preferably in industrial environments.
  • Experience in preparing reports and data analytics using tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or similar.
  • Knowledge of project management and tracking tools such as JIRA, Easy BI, and Agile methodologies.
  • Minimum English level of B2.
