Corporate Logistics Scholarship

At Talgo, we are dedicated to revolutionizing rail transport with innovative products ranging from very high-speed trains to regional and commuter solutions. 

Our trains are characterized by being sustainable, safe, and high-quality. This versatility allows our trains to cross the Saudi Arabian desert at 300 km/h or travel through countries with extreme temperatures as low as -45º in Kazakhstan. 

What will your internship consist of?

You will join the

corporate logistics

area of Talgo and will support the management and standardization of logistics processes at a corporate level.

During your internship you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different departments, learning and developing functions such as:

• Collaborating in the creation, monitoring, and updating of key logistics indicators (KPIs).
• Participating in continuous improvement and process digitalization initiatives.
• Providing support in the management of logistics master data (materials, suppliers, locations, etc.) within SAP.
• Performing data analysis and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other Office suite tools.
• Reviewing and documenting procedures, operational flows, and best practices.
• Supporting the team in tasks related to warehouses. 

What we are looking for in you

• Student of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial), with the possibility of signing an agreement with the University.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• A meticulous, organized person with analytical skills and a desire to learn in a highly specialized technical environment.

En Talgo, nos dedicamos a revolucionar el transporte ferroviario con productos innovadores que abarcan desde trenes de muy alta velocidad hasta soluciones regionales y de cercanías. 

Nuestros trenes se caracterizan por ser sostenibles, seguros y de calidad. Esta versatilidad permite que nuestros trenes puedan cruzar el desierto de Arabia Saudí a 300 km/h o atravesar países con temperaturas extremas de hasta -45º en Kazajistán. 

¿En qué consistirán tus prácticas?

Te integrarás en el área de

logística corporativa

de Talgo y apoyarás en la gestión y estandarización de procesos logísticos a nivel corporativo.

Durante tus prácticas tendrás la oportunidad de colaborar con distintos departamentos, aprendiendo y desarrollando funciones como:

• Colaborar en la creación, seguimiento y actualización de indicadores clave (KPIs) de logística.
• Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y digitalización de procesos.
• Dar soporte en la gestión de datos maestros logísticos (materiales, proveedores, ubicaciones, etc.) dentro de SAP.
• Realizar análisis de datos y preparar informes utilizando Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI y otras herramientas del paquete Office.
• Revisar y documentar procedimientos, flujos operativos y mejores prácticas.
• Apoyar al equipo en tareas relacionadas con almacenes. 

Lo que buscamos en ti

• Estudiante de Grado o Máster en Ingeniería (preferiblemente Industrial), con posibilidad de firmar convenio con la Universidad.
• Nivel alto de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
• Persona meticulosa, organizada, con capacidad analítica y ganas de aprender en un entorno técnico altamente especializado.
