Vendors Receivable Analyst

Purpose of the Role:

As a Vendors Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for reconciling TD SYNNEX sales with manufacturer data to ensure amounts are accurate and collectible. You will work with large volumes of data and maintain constant contact with external manufacturers and internal teams across different countries.

• Reconcile sales with the information provided by the manufacturer.

• Analyze and validate large volumes of monthly data.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies, incidents, or disputes.

• Collaborate with external manufacturers and internal teams by country.

• Review sales from previous days and months to ensure accurate invoicing.

• Maintain communication primarily via email with different stakeholders.

• Experience in Vendors Receivables, Collections, Credit, Accounting, or similar areas.

• Good level of Excel and ease with numbers and patterns.

• Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile.

• Ability to work autonomously and under a high volume of work.

• English at B2 level (mainly written).

• SAP is a plus, not essential.

Propósito del Rol:

Como Vendor Receivables Analyst, serás responsable de conciliar las ventas de TD SYNNEX con la información del fabricante para asegurar que los importes sean correctos y cobrables. Trabajarás con grandes volúmenes de datos y en contacto constante con fabricates externos y equipos internos de distintos países.

• Conciliar ventas con la información proporcionada por el fabricante.

• Analizar y validar grandes volúmenes de datos mensuales.

• Identificar y resolver discrepancias, incidencias o disputas.

• Colaborar con fabricantes externos y equipos internos por país.

• Revisar ventas de días y meses anteriores para asegurar la correcta facturación.

• Mantener una comunicación principalmente por email con los distintos stakeholders.
