Milwaukee Tool in Spain keeps growing! That is why we are launching a nationwide onboarding and development program aimed at young people who want to build a professional career in a dynamic, technical and commercial environment.

What do we have in store for you?

You will join Milwaukee Tool Spain as a Tool Demonstrator (FME). You will be part of our junior development program, starting in a technical demonstration and commercial activation position, and you will have a real development plan within the company.

You will receive continuous training, support and direct exposure to the professional market from day one.

What will your mission be?

You will be one of the people responsible for representing the brand in your area, alongside the commercial and technical-commercial teams, bringing our products and solutions closer to distributors and professional users.

Your day-to-day will include:

− Participate in events, trade shows and brand activations

− Carry out technical product demonstrations

− Provide commercial support at the point of sale

− Build strong relationships with users

− Drive awareness and use of Milwaukee Tool solutions

What are we looking for?

We want to bring in junior profiles with motivation, initiative and a desire to learn.

It is essential that you have:

− Affinity and genuine interest in cordless power tools

− Availability to travel nationwide

− Valid B-class driving license

− Proactive, dynamic and customer-oriented attitude

It will be a plus if you also have:

- Technical education (Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training, University Degree, Engineering or related studies)

− Previous experience with tool handling, sales or technical demonstration, or customer service

− Familiarity with tools or machinery

Tendrás formación continua, acompañamiento y exposición directa al mercado profesional desde el primer día.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás una de las personas responsables de representar la marca en tu zona, junto con los equipos comerciales y técnico-comerciales, acercando nuestros productos y soluciones a distribuidores y usuarios profesionales.

Tu día a día incluirá:

− Participar en eventos, ferias y acciones de marca

− Realizar demostraciones técnicas de producto

− Dar soporte comercial en el punto de venta

− Crear relaciones sólidas con usuarios

− Impulsar el conocimiento y uso de las soluciones Milwaukee Tool

¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos incorporar perfiles junior con motivación, iniciativa y ganas de aprender.

Es fundamental que tengas:

− Afinidad e interés real por herramientas electroportátiles

− Disponibilidad para viajar por territorio nacional

− Carnet de conducir tipo B

− Actitud proactiva, dinámica y orientada al cliente

Se valorará positivamente si además tienes:

- Formación técnica (FP de Grado Medio o Superior, Grado Universitario, Ingeniería o estudios relacionados)

− Experiencia previa en manejo de herramientas, venta o demostración técnica, o atención al cliente

− Familiaridad con herramientas o maquinaria
