You will be part of a strategic innovation team focused on anticipating trends, exploring futures, and analyzing emerging opportunities for Telefónica. In this area, we work to identify technological, social, and behavioral changes that may impact the business, helping the company design innovative strategies and stay one step ahead in a constantly evolving environment. What will your mission be? 🎯

This scholarship immerses you in the analysis of trends, weak signals, and future user behaviors. As a Customer Foresight Research Intern, you will anticipate needs that have not yet been identified, explore disruptive technologies, and validate hypotheses about the future. You will work as part of a team to connect strategic insights with technological capabilities, helping Telefónica stay one step ahead. You will learn to use AI tools for predictive analysis and to think about innovation scenarios in the short, medium, and long term.

During these 12 months, you will develop key competencies in strategic foresight and predictive analysis. You will contribute to identifying radical innovation opportunities, learn to use AI for prospective analysis, and participate in defining long-term strategies. You will integrate into a team that anticipates the future and helps Telefónica become a pioneer in innovation.

How will you contribute with your skills to the purpose of the scholarship? 💼

1. Trend analysis and weak signals.

Monitoring technological, social, and user behavior trends.

Identifying weak signals of change in relevant markets.

Documenting insights on emergencies and disruptions.

Participating in scenario planning sessions.

1. Prospective research and validation.

Designing and conducting research on future behaviors.

Validating hypotheses about the evolution of customer needs.

Conducting comparative analysis of startups and emerging competitors.

Collaborating on identifying radical innovation opportunities.

1. Analysis with AI tools.

Using AI tools for predictive analysis and processing large volumes of data.

Exploring patterns and correlations in market and user data.

Automating the collection and synthesis of relevant information.

Developing the ability to critically read AI-generated analyses.

1. Communicating future scenarios.

Translating complex analyses into clear narratives about the future.

Preparing decks and reports on trends and opportunities.

Facilitating scenario exploration workshops with stakeholders.

Contributing to strategic thinking with a long-term perspective.

Master's student specializing in research methodologies, future design, strategy, innovation management, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
