Original Fiction Production Director at Movistar Plus

Leading, in coordination with the Production Management, the planning, organization and execution of the production of the company's original fiction content, ensuring the correct transformation of projects into viable, efficient productions aligned with the creative, economic and operational objectives established by the Production Management.

• Lead the production of original fiction projects from approval to final delivery, ensuring compliance with creative, operational, and business objectives.

• Coordinate the different production phases (pre-production, shooting, post-production, and delivery), ensuring efficient execution of each project.

• Design and oversee production plans, schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring compliance with established milestones.

• Assess the technical, economic, and operational feasibility of new productions, participating in defining the most suitable production model for each project.

• Carry out financial monitoring of productions, controlling budgets, identifying risks, and proposing corrective measures when necessary.

• Coordinate relationships with production companies, suppliers, and external collaborators, ensuring compliance with agreements and quality standards.

• Work cross-functionally with areas such as Content Development, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Communications, and Distribution to ensure project progress. Oversee shooting and post-production processes, ensuring proper delivery of materials and compliance with technical requirements for exploitation and distribution.

Experience in the audiovisual industry, preferably acquired at top-tier production companies, streaming platforms, or international studios. Proven experience leading fiction production teams and managing large-scale projects (series and feature films) with significant budgets.
