WHAT DO WE DO IN THE TEAM?

The team executes design, integration, and implementation projects for Cybersecurity systems within the Defense sector. The team is responsible for the complete development of the project throughout its entire life cycle: from the pre-sales phase to the completion of warranty support. We are in charge of coordinating the different technical teams to achieve the objectives within the required deadlines, costs, and quality. Planning of implementations and effective delivery of services must be ensured according to the deadlines established by the PMO.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?

Your mission will be to collaborate with the Accreditations Area on projects that require it.

Your day-to-day:

  • Assess security risks of the Systems
  • Propose security solutions in accordance with current regulations
  • Development of operational procedures
  • Documentation
  • Support for the PMO area

Experience

  • At least 1 year in the field of cybersecurity and IT security within the Defense sector.
  • Project management under Defense regulations.
  • Management of work teams.
  • Crisis management and complex problems requiring interaction with different areas, departments, or companies.
  • Knowledge in the field of Cybersecurity in the following areas:
    • Perimeter and system security solutions.
    • Endpoint security solutions.
    • Security monitoring and incident systems.
    • Vulnerabilities.
    • Regulatory compliance, especially CCN-STIC guides and formal risk analysis.
    • Equipment hardening
    • Regulatory knowledge in security evaluations for product and/or solution certifications

Education

Required:

  • University degree in the Cybersecurity sector or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.

Desirable

  • Security certifications such as PRINCE, CISM, CISSP.
  • Other certifications related to cybersecurity.

Technical Knowledge

  • Defense project management (PECAL)
  • Leadership of technical teams
  • Experience in perimeter security systems
  • Experience in endpoint security systems
  • Experience in data protection.
  • Knowledge of formal risk analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and vulnerabilities
