Tech - Strategic Project Analyst

We are looking for an analyst to join the team to drive the analysis, research and preparation of strategic initiatives, with autonomy and sound judgment. A position with room to grow and specialize at the intersection of technology and strategy.

Your day-to-day will combine three dimensions: market analysis, project support and technology exploration.

1. Market pulse (competitive and market intelligence)

• You will be the team's antenna: you will monitor industry trends, competitor moves and the evolution of key technologies (cloud, AI, cybersecurity, IoT).
• You will not just collect data: you will uncover insights and build benchmarks that help the team anticipate and make better decisions.

2. Contribution to strategic projects (the team's day-to-day)

• You will prepare analyses, presentations and documentation for the team and for internal forums.
• You will contribute to the coordination and follow-up of initiatives, helping things move forward and taking ownership of your deliverables.
• You will explore emerging technologies - AI, cloud, computing, digital sovereignty - and bring ideas forward proactively.
• You will learn quickly, ask plenty of questions and gradually specialize within the team's domains.

In short: a position for someone with curiosity, judgment and initiative, who wants to understand how technology strategy is built from the inside and contribute with autonomy from day one.

• 2 years of experience in market or competitive analysis, consulting, business development or analytical roles in the technology sector.

• University degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Science or Industrial), Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics or similar.
• Postgraduate degrees, master's programs or specialized courses in technology or strategy are valued.
• Technical foundation in cloud and AI: knowledge of cloud architectures and services and of the fundamentals of artificial intelligence (including generative AI).
• Interest in the ecosystem: cybersecurity, IoT, digital sovereignty and emerging technologies.

Buscamos un/a analista que se incorpore al equipo para impulsar el análisis, la investigación y la preparación de las iniciativas estratégicas, con autonomía y criterio propio. Una posición con recorrido para crecer y especializarte en la frontera entre la tecnología y la estrategia.

Tu jornada combinará tres dimensiones: análisis de mercado, apoyo a los proyectos y exploración tecnológica.

1. El pulso del mercado (análisis e inteligencia competitiva)

• Serás la antena del equipo: monitorizarás tendencias del sector, movimientos de la competencia y evolución de las tecnologías clave (cloud, IA, ciberseguridad, IoT).
• No solo recopilarás datos: buscarás insights y elaborarás benchmarks que ayuden al equipo a anticiparse y a decidir mejor.

2. Contribución a los proyectos estratégicos (el día a día del equipo)

• Prepararás análisis, presentaciones y documentación para el equipo y para los foros internos.
• Contribuirás a la coordinación y al seguimiento de las iniciativas, ayudando a que las cosas avancen y haciéndote cargo de tus entregables.
• Explorarás tecnologías emergentes -IA, cloud, cómputo, soberanía digital- y traerás ideas de forma proactiva.
• Aprenderás rápido, preguntarás mucho y te irás especializando en los ámbitos del equipo.

En resumen: una posición para alguien con curiosidad, criterio e iniciativa, que quiera entender cómo se construye la estrategia tecnológica desde dentro y aportar con autonomía desde el primer día.

• 2 años de experiencia en análisis de mercado o competitivo, consultoría, desarrollo de negocio o roles analíticos en el sector tecnológico.

• Grado universitario en Ingeniería (Telecomunicaciones, Informática o Industrial), ADE, Economía, Matemáticas/Estadística o similar.
• Se valoran postgrados, másteres o cursos especializados en tecnología o estrategia.
• Base técnica en cloud e IA: conocimiento de arquitecturas y servicios cloud y de fundamentos de inteligencia artificial (incluida la IA generativa).
• Interés por el ecosistema: ciberseguridad, IoT, soberanía digital y tecnologías emergentes.
