If you want to be part of the Fiction and Fiction Department as a Communications Technician within Original Series M+, we are looking for you!

We are looking for a professional with experience in the audiovisual industry and a proven track record in content selection and development to join the Original Series M+ team. The selected candidate will play a key role in the editorial, creative, and production oversight of original series projects, from development through to production and final delivery.

What you'll do

  • Oversight of fiction projects at all stages of the process (development, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery), liaison with other departments within the platform, and relationships with talent and external production companies.
  • Direct relationships with production companies, studios, and talent.
  • Coordination with internal departments: marketing, communications, PR, legal, finance, production, international, and distribution.
  • Analysis of national and international audiovisual market trends.
  • Identification and tracking of relevant creative talent for potential inclusion in company projects.
  • Participation in defining the fiction slate and content strategy.
  • Sourcing and evaluation of projects and materials (scripts, novels, dossiers).
  • Development of long-term strategic relationships with key talent.

  • Creative supervision of scripts, narrative, and editorial approach.
  • Monitoring of budgets, schedules, and production plans.

Requirements

  • Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Production, Journalism, or similar. Additional training in audiovisual management or the entertainment business is valued.
  • Other academic profiles will be considered provided they have specialized postgraduate training in audiovisual media or a consolidated professional career in the sector.
  • More than 5 years in development and production of fiction series or feature films.
  • Involvement in high-impact projects or those with critical/commercial recognition.
  • English at C1/C2 level (essential).
