Farm Manager - CASPE

At TEMPS we are looking for a Farm Manager whose main responsibility will be the management and leadership of the human team, ensuring the proper operation of the farm under quality and productivity standards.

• Lead, coordinate and motivate the team, ensuring high performance and a good working environment.
• Organization of daily work, assignment of tasks and monitoring of team performance.
• Supervision of compliance with production and animal welfare protocols.
• Coordination with the general manager to achieve production targets.

In addition, under your responsibility:

• Control of feeding and the feed management system. ✅
• Monitoring of production data (Porcitec). 📊
• Control of sow 🐷 and piglet handling.
• Monitoring of order, cleanliness and hygiene in the farrowing unit.
• Supervision of facility maintenance. 💡
• Compliance with legal and environmental regulations. 📜

• Permanent contract 🤝
• Salary: €24,000 gross/year + availability bonus (Sundays and public holidays) 💲
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Possible on-call shifts on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.)

• Demonstrable experience in team management
• Experience in production environments (preferably pig farms).
• Leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Results orientation and achievement of objectives.
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Schedule availability (including weekends depending on shifts). ⏰
• Valuable: Type B driving licence and own vehicle.

• Experience in pig farrowing units.
• Knowledge of management systems (Porcitec or others). 💻

• Knowledge of quality regulations and certifications.

En TEMPS buscamos un/a Encargado/a de Granja cuya principal responsabilidad será la gestión y liderazgo del equipo humano, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de la granja bajo estándares de calidad y productividad.

• Liderar, coordinar y motivar al equipo, asegurando un alto rendimiento y buen clima laboral.
• Organización del trabajo diario, asignación de tareas y seguimiento del desempeño del equipo.
• Supervisión del cumplimiento de protocolos productivos y de bienestar animal.
• Coordinación con el encargado general para la consecución de objetivos productivos.

Además, bajo tu responsabilidad:

• Control de la alimentación y del sistema de gestión alimentaria. ✅
• Supervisión de datos productivos (Porcitec). 📊
• Control del manejo de la cerda 🐷 y de los lechones.
• Vigilancia del orden, limpieza e higiene de la maternidad.
• Supervisión del mantenimiento de instalaciones. 💡
• Cumplimiento de normativa legal y medioambiental. 📜

• Contrato indefinido 🤝
• Salario: 24.000 € brutos/año + plus de disponibilidad (domingos y festivos) 💲
• Horario: lunes a viernes de 7:00 a 15:00 (Posibles guardias los sábados de 7 a 13h)

• Disponibilidad horaria (incluyendo fines de semana según turnos). ⏰
• Valorable: Carnet de conducir tipo B y vehículo propio.
