What we're looking for
Training in Agricultural Engineering or Biology.
Previous experience in a similar position will be valued, preferably in the agricultural sector.
Knowledge of quality and food safety regulations (ISO, Global GAP, among others).
Teamwork and effective communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
Attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
Knowledge of computer tools related to quality management is a plus.

We are looking for a Quality Technician to join a dynamic and committed team in Lorca, Murcia.

What you'll do
Carry out inspections and quality controls at the different stages of the production process.
Take samples both in the field and in the warehouse and record the information.
Identify and analyze possible deviations from established standards.
Ensure compliance with regulations and certifications applicable to the agricultural sector.
Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements.
Prepare technical reports and report findings to the relevant managers.
Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring that quality systems are aligned with legal and market requirements.
Propose innovative solutions to optimize the quality of final products.
Train and raise awareness among staff about the importance of meeting quality standards.
