The role
Are you passionate about the agricultural sector and would you like to join a dynamic and committed team? We have an opportunity for you! A company located in Almería is looking to add an Engineer specializing in organic products to its team.
What you'll do
Duties include supervising crops and their health status, planning and coordinating agricultural tasks, preparing technical reports on the development of plantations, advising the team on best agronomic practices, ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations, collaborating with other departments to optimize processes, and identifying and resolving issues related to pests, diseases, and soil conditions.
Requirements
The company is looking for a professional who meets the following requirements:
Training in agricultural engineering or related areas.
Previous experience in organic crops.
Knowledge of crops and agricultural management techniques.
Ability to prepare technical reports and use technological tools related to the field.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work in person in Almería.
Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
