About the role

From our company we are selecting CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEOPERATORS for an important BPO services company located in Córdoba.  

Your main role: answering calls to resolve queries from customers of a major banking entity.  

What you'll get

EUR 16,450 per year

How you'll work

  • WORKING HOURS: 30h on a morning shift (between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), afternoon shift (between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.) or split shift (10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). Work is carried out from Monday to Sunday. 
  • SELECTIVE UNPAID IN-PERSON TRAINING from January 19 to 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (NO TRAINING ON WEEKENDS).
  • Temporary contract for 2 months.
  • Salary: €9.40 gross/hour  
  • Location: Córdoba.
