Marketing & Communications Intern

We're looking for someone creative, curious and a genuinly interested in learning with how marketing actually works to join our small but mighty Marketing team at TFS HealthScience.

TFS HealthScience is a global contract research organisation helping biotech and pharma companies bring treatments to patients. We're around 750 people, headquartered in Sweden, and we work across oncology, ophthalmology, immunology, rare diseases and more. If you want to learn marketing in an industry that matters, this is a great place to start.

You'll work across everything from social media and content to events and competitive research. You'll use AI tools daily (yes, we mean Claude! And if you already know your way around it, even better). You'll build things in Canva, write copy that real people read, dig into data, and ask a lot of questions.

What you'll actually do

You'll get your hands on the full marketing mix, not just one corner of it. That includes:

• Writing and scheduling social media content, then tracking what works and why.

• Updating website content and learning SEO in practice, not just in theory.

• Creating marketing materials in Canva (slides, one-pagers, social graphics) while keeping everything on-brand.

• Supporting campaigns across multiple channels, from planning through to reporting.

• Helping coordinate events, webinars and conferences (including some of the biggest in clinical research).

• Running competitor and market research that actually feeds into strategy.

• Drafting internal and external comms: newsletters, announcements, presentations.

• Using AI tools like Claude and Canva's AI features to work faster, think bigger, and challenge how things are done.

• Bonus points for any experience with WordPress, SEO tools, social media analytics or CRM platforms.

Marketing

• You're studying or have recently finished a degree in marketing, communications, business or something adjacent.

• You write well in English: clearly, concisely, and with a bit of personality.

• You've used Canva and you're comfortable in it (not just "opened it once").

• You've used Claude or similar AI tools and you're genuinely interested in how they change the way marketers work.

• You're organised, you pay attention to detail and you can juggle several things at once without losing the thread.

• You're curious. You ask questions and you don't wait to be told what to do next.
