AI and Training Content Specialist

At thePower we keep growing and we want to add an AI and Training Content Specialist to our Product team to help us research, create, and keep our Artificial Intelligence programs up to date.

What will your mission be?

You will be the person responsible for staying on top of everything happening in the world of AI, researching the latest tools, trends, and advances to turn that knowledge into top-quality training programs.

Your goal will be to identify what is worth teaching, design useful content for our students, and record the classes that will be part of our programs, ensuring they are always up to date with the latest industry developments.

Main responsibilities

• Continuously research the latest developments, tools, and trends related to Artificial Intelligence.
• Evaluate new platforms and technologies to identify those with the greatest educational potential.
• Design, structure, and develop AI training content.
• Record video classes for our training programs.
• Regularly update existing content to keep it aligned with the industry's rapid evolution.
• Create practical examples, use cases, and exercises applicable to the real world.
• Collaborate with the Product team to identify new training opportunities.
• Document best practices, methodologies, and resources that add value to our students.

• Passion for Artificial Intelligence and a constant desire to learn.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and educational way.

We will positively value

• Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Make, n8n, or similar.
• Previous experience creating educational content or delivering training.
• Having created content on social media, YouTube, or any other audiovisual format.
• Knowledge of prompting, automation, AI agents, or workflows with Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Experience in the edtech sector or in creating training programs.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás la persona responsable de estar al día de todo lo que ocurre en el mundo de la IA, investigando las últimas herramientas, tendencias y avances para convertir ese conocimiento en programas formativos de máxima calidad.

Tu objetivo será detectar qué merece la pena enseñar, diseñar contenidos útiles para nuestros alumnos y grabar las clases que formarán parte de nuestros programas, asegurando que siempre estén actualizados con las últimas novedades del sector.

Principales responsabilidades

• Investigar de forma continua las últimas novedades, herramientas y tendencias relacionadas con la Inteligencia Artificial.
• Evaluar nuevas plataformas y tecnologías para identificar aquellas con mayor potencial educativo.
• Diseñar, estructurar y desarrollar contenidos formativos sobre IA.
• Grabar clases en vídeo para nuestros programas formativos.
• Actualizar periódicamente los contenidos existentes para mantenerlos alineados con la rápida evolución del sector.
• Crear ejemplos prácticos, casos de uso y ejercicios aplicables al mundo real.
• Colaborar con el equipo de Producto para identificar nuevas oportunidades de formación.
• Documentar buenas prácticas, metodologías y recursos que aporten valor a nuestros alumnos.
