About the role

We are looking for a person to join the Customer Experience team to support our Vocational Training students throughout their entire educational journey, ensuring a close, smooth, and distinctive experience from day one until the end of the program.

This role combines student support, personalized follow-up, and active communication. The selected person must anticipate needs, detect potential friction points in the student journey, and work in a coordinated manner with other teams to provide quick and effective solutions.

The goal is not only to resolve questions, but also to build trust, commitment, and a memorable experience.

  • Handle student inquiries through different channels (chat, email, phone)
  • Carry out proactive follow-up with students during the course.
  • Detect potential obstacles, lack of motivation, or risk situations and activate support actions.
  • Ensure that the student is aware of key dates, important processes, and available resources.
  • Collect feedback and pass it on internally to improve the experience.

📢 Communication with students

  • Draft and send key communications throughout the course (welcome, reminders, academic milestones, on-the-job training, calls for applications, etc.).
  • Coordinate newsletters or periodic communications in the online format.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and a warm tone in all messages.
  • Segment communications according to the format or stage of the student.

🔄 Internal coordination and continuous improvement

  • Work closely with the Academic, Finance, and Management teams to report any issues or needs identified.
  • Identify friction points in the student experience and propose improvements.
