Electrical/Mechanical Works Site Manager

The position would be framed within the Energy 💡 sector, where we seek to improve efficiency and reduce consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities.

In this environment of innovation and commitment, we are looking for an Electrical/Mechanical Installations Works Manager for Waste, reporting to the Technical Director of Waste for Tenerife📍.

👉What will your main functions be?

• Prepare the technical specifications for materials and machinery required for the execution of the works, as well as the work execution schedule.
• Supervise and analyze the execution plans.
• Formalize the certificates and operating instructions for the installations.
• Plan the needs for both material and human resources.
• Manage the assigned portfolio of works and provide the best service to clients, acting as a technical advisor.
• Manage material orders related to the operation of your works and follow up with subcontractors.
• - Verify the quality of the work performed, both by in-house staff and by subcontractors.
• Exercise control and supervision over subcontractors present at the work sites under your responsibility.
• Ensure the implementation of sufficient and necessary measures related to occupational risk prevention (PRL) within your scope of responsibility.

Civil works / Construction

• At least 3 years of experience as a head of mechanical/electrical installations works.
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and/or similar.

En este entorno de innovación y compromiso, buscamos a un/a Jefe/a de Obras de Instalaciones Eléctricas/Mecánicas de  Residuos reportando a la Directora Técnica de Residuos para Tenerife📍.

👉¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?

• Realizar las especificaciones técnicas de materiales y maquinarias necesarias para la ejecución de las obras, así como el planning de ejecución de la obra.
• Supervisar y analizar los planos de ejecución.
• Formalizar los certificados y manuales de instrucciones de funcionamiento de las instalaciones.
• Planificar las necesidades de medios tanto materiales como humanos.
• Gestionar la cartera de obras asignada y proporcionar el mejor servicio a los clientes ejerciendo de asesor técnico.
• Gestionar los pedidos de material relacionados con la explotación de su obra y seguimiento de las Subcontratas.
• - Verificar la calidad de los trabajos ejecutados, tanto los realizados por personal propio como aquellos que hayan sido subcontratados.
• Ejercer el control y supervisión de las subcontratas presentes en los centros de trabajo bajo su responsabilidad.
• Asegurar la implantación de las medidas suficientes y necesarias relativas a PRL en su ámbito de competencia.
