About the role

Veolia services Lecam, in its energy services division, needs to hire in Madrid an HVAC/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to join the Installation Control Center team at one of our clients.

Your main responsibilities will be:

What you'll do

- Monitor the proper operation of the installations through the control system, responding urgently to alerts and alarms.
- Verify the building control system response, taking into account its assigned variables.
- Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks using the CMMS GMAO Prisma.
- Answer phone alerts and forward them to the corresponding technical department based on their origin.
- Complete building control logs and report incidents
