Advanced Analyst

Within the operations management department, in the area of Operational management, the candidate will report to the manager of Analytics- Operational management.

They will be responsible for supporting the monitoring of operational performance across the different areas.

• Conduct multiple exploratory and explanatory analyses with different data sets; critical and creative "out of the box" thinking is required.
• Provide insights through analysis that help prioritize different projects / initiatives in the business.
• Constant communication and coordination with the different areas of Verisure to properly understand the data, analytical results, and action points.
• Create multiple automated and interactive reports that allow monitoring and driving key operational KPIs.
• Prepare and manage large amounts of data from multiple sources in analyses (Internal data - ODBC connections, AWS Cloud, external files).
• Detect deviations and lead proposals to improve the service.
• Executive presentations for Verisure's Management.

• Knowledge of Business Objects.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Use of AI, creation of Agents and prompts.
• Confidence to interact with senior profiles and under pressure.
• Project Management.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday (9:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.) and Friday (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)

• Higher education degree: Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or similar.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).
• Essential knowledge of languages and tools such as Python, SQL, and PowerBI.
• Interest in the operational field.
• Soft skills and the ability to interact and communicate with the various profiles and operational areas of the company.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Flexibility to learn, understand, and evaluate new concepts in different functional areas.
• Proactivity in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
• Teamwork.

Dentro de la dirección de operaciones, en el área de Operational management, el candidato dependerá del manager de Analytics- Operational management.

Se encargará de apoyar el seguimiento de los performances operativos de las diferentes áreas.

• Realizar múltiples análisis exploratorios y explicativos con diferentes conjuntos de datos, se requiere pensamiento crítico y creativo "out of the box".
• Proporcionar insights a través del análisis que ayuden a la priorización de diferentes proyectos / iniciativas en el negocio.
• Comunicación y coordinación constante con las diferentes áreas de Verisure para entender correctamente los datos, los resultados analíticos y los puntos de acción.
• Realizar múltiples reportes automatizados e interactivos que permitan hacer el seguimiento y traccionar principales KPI operativos.
• Preparar y manejar en análisis, grandes cantidades de datos de múltiples fuentes (Datos internos- conexiones ODBS, Nube-AWS, ficheros externos).
• Detectar desvíos y liderar propuestas para mejorar el servicio.
• Presentaciones ejecutivas para la Dirección de Verisure.

Horario: Lunes a Jueves (9:00h a 18:15h) y Viernes (8:00h a 15:00h)

• Titulación universitaria superior: Administración de empresas, Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería, Actuariales o similar.
• Habilidades analíticas y cuantitativas excepcionales.
• Nivel Avanzado paquete Office (Principalmente Excel y Power Point)
• Imprescindible conocimiento de lenguajes y herramientas como Python, SQL y PowerBI.
• Interés por el mundo operativo.
• Soft skills y capacidad de interactuar y comunicarse con los diversos perfiles y áreas operativas de la compañía.
• Capacidad de adaptación a los cambios
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares
• Flexibilidad para aprender, entender y evaluar nuevos conceptos en diferentes áreas funcionales.
