BI Data Analyst

At Verisure, we are looking to bring on a BI Data Analyst for the Operational Management area within the Operations Department.

The mission of this position will be to support and monitor the operational performance of the different business areas.

• Conduct exploratory and explanatory analyses on large volumes of data, identifying patterns, opportunities, and improvement levers for the business. Critical and creative "out of the box" thinking is required.
• Provide insights through analysis that help prioritize different projects / initiatives in the business.
• Collaborate closely with different teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Planning, Finance) to understand needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and ensure the adoption of results.
• Create multiple automated and interactive reports that allow monitoring and driving key operational KPIs.
• Work with multiple data sources (internal data - ODBC connections, Snowflake Cloud, external files), ensuring the quality, consistency, and proper modeling of information.
• Detect deviations and lead proposals to improve the service.
• Own data governance when building new metrics, maintaining existing ones, and detecting potential issues.
• Executive presentations for Verisure's Management.

• Higher education degree: Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or similar.
• English, at least B2.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
• Essential knowledge of languages and tools such as Python, SQL, and PowerBI.
• Interest in the operational field.
• Experience working with large volumes of data and multiple sources of information.
• Soft skills and the ability to interact and communicate with the various profiles and operational areas of the company.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.

En Verisure buscamos incorporar un/a Analista de Datos BI para el área de Operational Managament dentro de la Dirección de Operaciones.

La misión de esta posición será el apoyo y seguimiento de los performances operativos de las diferentes áreas de negocio.

• Realizar análisis exploratorios y explicativos sobre grandes volúmenes de datos, identificando patrones, oportunidades y palancas de mejora para el negocio. Se requiere pensamiento crítico y creativo "out of the box".
• Proporcionar insights a través del análisis que ayuden a la priorización de diferentes proyectos / iniciativas en el negocio.
• Colaborar estrechamente con diferentes equipos (Producto, Operaciones, Marketing, Planificación, Financiero) para entender necesidades, traducirlas a soluciones analíticas y asegurar la adopción de resultados
• Realizar múltiples reportes automatizados e interactivos que permitan hacer el seguimiento y traccionar principales KPI operativos.
• Trabajar con múltiples fuentes de datos (Datos internos- conexiones ODBS, Nube-AWS, Snowflake, ficheros externos), asegurando la calidad, consistencia y correcto modelado de la información.
• Detectar desvíos y liderar propuestas para mejorar el servicio.
• Tener el governance del dato al construir nuevas métricas, mantener las existentes y detectar posibles incidencias.
• Presentaciones ejecutivas para la Dirección de Verisure.

• Conocimientos de Business Objects.

• Conocimientos del uso de IA en reporting y análisis.
• Confianza para interactuar con perfiles senior y bajo presión.

• Titulación universitaria superior: Administración de empresas, Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería, Actuariales o similar.

• Nivel Avanzado paquete Office (Excel, PPT, Access, Visio)
• Imprescindible conocimiento de lenguajes y herramientas como Python, SQL y PowerBI.
• Interés por el mundo operativo.
• Experiencia trabajando con grandes volúmenes de datos y múltiples fuentes de información.
• Soft skills y capacidad de interactuar y comunicarse con los diversos perfiles y áreas operativas de la compañía.
• Capacidad de adaptación a los cambios.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
