We are looking for a new colleague to join our team.

• Analyze operational and financial metrics of the different sales channels
• Participate in ensuring and proposing process improvements.
• Establish monthly reporting, both technical and operational.
• Assess, measure, and monitor operational and customer service improvement projects.
• Evaluate the progress and maturity of the business in terms of operational excellence, developing the capabilities of managers and team members regarding operations principles and tools.

How do we envision our new colleague?

• Degree in Business Administration/Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related studies.
• It is essential to be able to sign an Internship Agreement with a Business School and/or University.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
• Ability to synthesize and structure messages.
• Multitasking profile and self-management skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Communication and teamwork skills.

• Study allowance of €600 gross/monthly for full-time work.
• Schedule from Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Additionally, we have intensive working hours in July and August.
• Our offices are located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.

Las funciones que llevarás a cabo y con las que vas a aprender son:

• Analizar métricas operativas y financieras de los distintos canales de venta
• Participar en el aseguramiento y propuesta de la mejora en los procesos.
• Establecer reporting mensual, tanto técnico como operativo.
• Valorar, medir y seguir proyectos de mejora operativa y de servicio al cliente.
• Evaluar el progreso y la madurez del negocio en términos de excelencia operativa, desarrollando las capacidades de los gerentes y miembros sobre los principios y herramientas de operaciones.

¿Cómo imaginamos a nuestro/a nuevo/a compañero/a?

• Licenciatura en ADE/Económicas, Ingenieria, Matemáticas o estudios relacionados.
• Imprescindible poder firmar Convenio de Prácticas con alguna Escuela de Negocios y/o Universidad.
• Imprescindible manejo del paquete Office.
• Capacidad de síntesis y estructura de mensajes.
• Perfil multitarea y autogestión.
• Capacidad organizativa y de gestión del tiempo.
• Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

• Buen ambiente de trabajo, en un departamento que no deja de crecer
• La oportunidad de aprender y adquirir experiencia en una empresa líder y conocida mundialmente
• Ayuda al estudio de 600€ brutos /mensuales por jornada completa.
• Horario de Lunes a Jueves 8:30 a 17:30 y Viernes 9:00 a 15:00. Además, contamos con jornada intensiva en Julio y Agosto.
• Nuestras oficinas están situadas en Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.
