Freelance Senior Web & Product Designer

At Zenova we are looking for a freelance Senior Web & Product Designer to lead the redesign of our corporate website.

Zenova is a PropTech company that is transforming energy management in the real estate sector through technology. We are at a moment of growth and brand evolution, and we want our website to better reflect who we are, our different business lines, and our value proposition.

We are looking for a hybrid profile, with strategic vision and execution capability, who can understand our business, engage with different departments, and turn their needs into a clear, coherent, creative web experience that is ready to scale.

• Interview the areas involved to understand the different business lines, audiences, needs, and objectives.

• Synthesize, organize, and prioritize the information gathered, even when there are conflicting interests between departments.

• Define the information architecture, navigation, content hierarchy, and the different page types.

• Review the current experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Evolve the existing design toward a more creative, technological, and distinctive identity, while respecting the essence of the brand.

• Design a responsive and consistent experience for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

• Create and document a design system based on reusable components and templates.

• Present and justify the decisions made to the different stakeholders.

• Prepare the final handover to the development team.

PRODUCT & TECH

The project is not just about redesigning pages. We need someone capable of questioning, organizing, and making decisions about the overall structure of the website.

The selected person will lead the project from the initial discovery phase through the definition of the architecture, visual design, and the creation of a reusable component system.

We are looking for a senior, autonomous, and resourceful person with experience in:

• Leading web projects from start to finish.

• Designing complex corporate websites or digital products.

• Stakeholder interviews and understanding business models.

• Information architecture, UX/UI, and visual design.

• Creating and documenting design systems.

• Coordinating different stakeholders and managing cross-cutting needs.

• Presenting and defending design decisions.

• Working with tools such as Figma or similar.

It is not necessary to have formally worked as a Project Manager, but you must have led digital projects, managed the needs of different areas, and turned that information into a coherent web solution.

We will especially value experience in technology companies, SaaS, B2B, or businesses with different product lines and audience types.

• Synthesis of the needs identified during the discovery phase.

• Wireframes or structure proposals for the main pages.

PRODUCT & TECH

El proyecto no consiste únicamente en rediseñar páginas. Necesitamos a una persona capaz de cuestionar, ordenar y tomar decisiones sobre la estructura global de la web.

La persona seleccionada liderará el proyecto desde la fase inicial de descubrimiento hasta la definición de la arquitectura, el diseño visual y la creación de un sistema de componentes reutilizables.

Buscamos una persona senior, autónoma y resolutiva, con experiencia en:

• Liderazgo de proyectos web de principio a fin.

• Diseño de webs corporativas complejas o productos digitales.

• Entrevistas con stakeholders y comprensión de modelos de negocio.

• Arquitectura de información, UX/UI y diseño visual.

• Creación y documentación de sistemas de diseño.

• Coordinación de diferentes interlocutores y gestión de necesidades transversales.

• Presentación y defensa de decisiones de diseño.

• Trabajo con herramientas como Figma o similares.

No es necesario haber trabajado formalmente como Project Manager, pero sí haber liderado proyectos digitales, gestionado las necesidades de distintas áreas y convertido esa información en una solución web coherente.

Valoraremos especialmente la experiencia en compañías tecnológicas, SaaS, B2B o negocios con diferentes líneas de producto y tipos de audiencia.
