The role

About VIVLA and why this role matters
At VIVLA, we are redefining premium second-home ownership. We combine real estate, hospitality, community, and technology to make owning a second home easier, more flexible, and more enjoyable.
To tell that story, we need more than just images: we are looking for a strong, recognizable visual identity capable of conveying a different way of living.
That's why we want to bring on an AI Visual Designer with excellent visual taste, a sensitivity for brand, and a drive to explore.
Someone who moves naturally between design, art direction, and experimentation. Someone who understands artificial intelligence as just another tool in the creative process—useful for researching, building, iterating, and reaching places that were harder to get to before.

What you'll do

  • Ideate and produce visual and audiovisual content for campaigns, social media, landing pages, ads, presentations, and other brand channels.

  • Create images and renders of homes that convey spaces, atmospheres, and ways of living—not just real estate features.

  • Explore new visual narratives and turn abstract concepts into clear, compelling, and memorable pieces.

  • Combine generative AI tools with traditional design, editing, photography, and motion processes.

  • Work alongside brand, design, product, and business teams from idea definition through to execution.

  • Adapt concepts across different formats without losing consistency or quality.

  • Prototype and iterate quickly, making decisions with autonomy and good judgment.

  • Actively contribute to the evolution of VIVLA's visual language.

The challenge

We are looking for someone who wants to help us build the next visual chapter of VIVLA.
Your job will be to imagine and develop the visual universe of VIVLA across every touchpoint.
You will create campaigns, images, home renders, videos, editorial pieces, presentations, ads, and social media content. In many cases, you will use generative AI tools; in others, you will rely on design, photography, editing, motion, or a combination of all of the above.
What matters is not the tool, but the result.
We want to build a premium, contemporary, and emotional brand—with a unique perspective on architecture, travel, and lifestyle.

Requirements

What we're looking for

What we are looking for
Above all, we are looking for taste.
Someone who can tell when an image works, when an idea needs another pass, and when an execution is not yet up to the brand's standard.
We would also love it if you have:

  • Experience in visual design, art direction, content creation, or related disciplines.

  • A portfolio that shows aesthetic sensitivity, conceptual ability, and attention to detail.

  • The ability to build visual narratives, not just isolated pieces.

  • Experience using generative AI within real creative workflows.

  • The autonomy to work from open briefs, propose directions, and defend decisions.

  • The speed to test and iterate without sacrificing quality.

  • Curiosity about new tools and the judgment to know which ones actually add value.

  • An interest in architecture, design, travel, and the lifestyle universe.

  • The ability to collaborate with creative, technical, and business profiles.

Nice to have

We will especially value it if…

  • You have worked in art direction, photography, branding, or product design.

  • You have created projects that combine generative AI with traditional design processes.

  • You have a sensitivity for representing architecture, interiors, and lifestyle experiences.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

What we offer

  • A competitive salary, adjusted to experience, background, and fit for the role.

  • Flexibility to work from home (hybrid model).

  • Free meals at the office and team lunches on Thursdays.

  • Two annual team gatherings—VIVLA the LIFE—with the whole team.

  • Weekly all-hands meetings with a few beers.

  • An ambitious, close-knit, multidisciplinary team, driven to transform the way people live and enjoy a second home.

  • Real space to propose, experiment, and leave a mark on a brand that is still being built.

  • A culture based on autonomy, trust, high standards, and care for people.

  • An environment that understands that doing great work also requires balance, emotional safety, and a rich life outside the office.
