We are looking for a junior person, with 1-2 years of experience, eager to develop their career in Finance within a technology company.

• Very good analytical capacity and attention to detail.

• Good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and process automation.

• Ability to analyze and understand businesses and financial statements.

• Being an organized, proactive person with initiative.

• Ability to structure problems and work autonomously.

• Good written and oral communication in Spanish and English.

• Curiosity and a great desire to learn.

Extra points if...

You have had some initial experience, including internships, in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Strategic Consulting, Audit, or FP&A, or you have a special interest in the SaaS, technology, and energy sectors.

We are looking to bring a Corporate Finance Analyst into our Finance team.

We are looking for a junior, analytical, curious, and proactive person who wants to develop their career in finance from within a tech scale-up.

The role combines Corporate Finance, business analysis, and strategic projects, with direct exposure to founders, the Head of Finance, and the management team.

You don't need to arrive knowing everything. We are looking for a good financial foundation, analytical capacity and, above all, a desire to understand businesses, build models, and participate in projects with real impact.

You will be part of a team very close to the business, participating both in Zenova's financial analysis and in different corporate and strategic projects.

You will work with financial and operational information, build models, analyze companies and opportunities, and participate in projects relevant to Zenova's growth.

As you learn, you will begin to take on your own analysis and projects with greater autonomy and responsibility.

• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of Zenova's Business Plan alongside founders and the Head of Finance.

• Support the analysis of different financing alternatives and processes.

• Participate in Revenue Operations projects.

• Analyze operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare analysis and strategic materials for the Board and key stakeholders.

• Research markets, sectors, companies, and strategic opportunities.

• Perform financial and operational analysis of companies and projects.

• Build financial and valuation models.

• Participate in the evaluation and structuring of corporate projects.

• Coordinate information and documentation with external advisors.

• Monitor the implementation of different strategic initiatives.
