  • You will be responsible for the maintenance, control, continuous improvement, and management of the network of providers and external professionals who, in your area of operation, provide service for the Company's Miscellaneous Risks claims.
  • You will negotiate optimal service levels and rates with these external networks, up to the agreed authority levels and adhering to the Company's Global Claims policy. You will also provide support in negotiations that exceed your autonomy limit.
  • You will analyze new applications according to the established policies.
  • You will serve as a liaison between the company and external providers or professionals, ensuring that the agreements determined by the company are met and periodically auditing their service.
  • You will monitor compliance with existing regulations and collaborate in their development and optimization. You will seek continuous improvement and implement best practices, reviewing and analyzing the processes and policies for managing external providers/professionals.
  • You will be responsible, in your area of operation, for the segmentation and ideal sizing of the network of Miscellaneous Risks providers and professionals, as well as the correct flow of volumes (work) within it. The main objective is to control the evolution of the average cost and guarantee an optimal level of service and satisfaction for Zurich customers.
  • You will conduct meetings and travel to correct incidents or problems in the network of Miscellaneous Risks providers and professionals in your area of operation. You will periodically perform on-site audits.
  • You will promote the use of new loss adjustment technologies and help encourage the direction of work toward collaborators.
  • You will support and promote the fight against fraud.
  • You will provide technical advice to the claims structure and Territorial Directorates as a key contact person, ensuring respect for compliance processes and good claims governance.
  • You will maintain fluid communication with internal teams to obtain the information necessary to favor the good performance of providers.
  • You will keep an eye on competitor activity to ensure the company maintains a competitive advantage and will seek to manage our providers according to the best standards and practices in the sector.
  • You will always keep professional and technical knowledge up to date by attending training seminars, developing networking, and participating in sector events.
