I'm Mariana, the recruiter for this position. Traveling is one of my greatest joys, and what makes it even more special is being able to live those experiences with my family and our beloved cat Rosita.

We are looking for a Manager to join the Fleet team of the USM Temporary.

Your objective will be to support mediators in the management of new business operations and policy portfolios.

• Responsible for operations in new business management; experience in fleets is valued.
• Support and attention to mediators based on established quality and service levels.
• Proactively ensure that all operations are carried out on time, in the correct manner, and with excellent service.
• Compliance with SLAs and other service indicators.
• Detect potential incidents, report, and follow up.
• Participate in projects. Implementation of new products, campaigns, (UAT).

Buscamos un/a Gestor/a para integrarse en el equipo de Flotas de la USM Temporal.

Tu objetivo será dar soporte a los mediadores en la gestión de operaciones de nuevo negocio y cartera de pólizas.

• Responsable de operativa en la gestión de nuevo negocio, se valora experiencia en flotas.
• Soporte y atención a los mediadores en base a los niveles de calidad y de servicio establecidos.
• Asegurar de forma proactiva que todas las operaciones se realizan en fecha y forma y con un servicio excelente.
• Cumplimiento de SLA's y resto de indicadores de servicio.
• Detectar posibles incidencias, reportar y hacer seguimiento.
• Participar en proyectos. Implantación de nuevos productos, campañas, (UAT)
