AI Business Transformation - Agentic Commerce

• Identify Artificial Intelligence-based transformation opportunities in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C environments, building business cases with measurable impact.• Lead strategic conversations with C-Level executives to define growth, transformation, and AI adoption strategies.• Design Artificial Intelligence implementation roadmaps, aligning business objectives, technological capabilities, data, and customer experience.• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creativity, data, and technology to develop end-to-end, results-driven proposals.
• Lead Artificial Intelligence-based business transformation initiatives for clients in sectors such as banking, insurance, retail, travel, and consumer goods.• Define operating models, value propositions, and AI adoption strategies aligned with client business objectives.• Assess the impact of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and advanced automation on business models and customer experience.• Develop business cases, prioritization models, and transformation plans focused on growth, efficiency, and value generation.• Facilitate executive workshops and strategic sessions with business and technology stakeholders.• Contribute to the development of new offerings, methodologies, and Agentic Commerce capabilities within Accenture Song.
• More than 10 years of professional experience in strategic consulting, digital transformation, innovation, customer strategy, or business transformation.• Experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, customer experience, or commercial transformation projects.• Experience leading business transformation programs involving multiple departments and stakeholder groups.• Experience defining business strategies supported by data capabilities, advanced analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.• Experience interacting with and presenting strategic recommendations to C-Level profiles.• Experience collaborating with business, data, technology, product, and creative teams on transformation initiatives.• Experience assessing the impact of Artificial Intelligence technologies on processes, operating models, and customer experiences.• Advanced English proficiency.• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

• Experience in Agentic Commerce initiatives.• Experience in brand strategy and transforming customer-company relationships through Artificial Intelligence.• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation ecosystems.• Experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, retail, travel, or consumer goods.• Experience developing commercial proposals and consulting capabilities.• Knowledge of Catalan.• Postgraduate studies or MBA.

• Más de 10 años de experiencia profesional en consultoría estratégica, transformación digital, innovación, customer strategy o transformación de negocio.• Experiencia en proyectos de e-commerce, comercio digital, customer experience o transformación comercial.• Experiencia liderando programas de transformación empresarial con participación de múltiples áreas y grupos de interés.• Experiencia definiendo estrategias de negocio soportadas por capacidades de datos, analítica avanzada e Inteligencia Artificial.• Experiencia interactuando y presentando recomendaciones estratégicas a perfiles C-Level.• Experiencia colaborando con equipos de negocio, datos, tecnología, producto y creatividad en iniciativas de transformación.• Experiencia evaluando el impacto de tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial sobre procesos, modelos operativos y experiencias de cliente.• Inglés alto.• Titulación en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones, Matemáticas o disciplinas afines.
