Office 365 Administration and Support Technician

We are looking for a professional with experience in O365 Administration who wants to develop their career in a dynamic technology environment, actively participating in the management, improvement, and optimization of business-critical environments. The selected candidate will join a technical team where they can take on responsibilities autonomously, grow as an expert, and contribute to solving complex infrastructure challenges.

Essential requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the administration and management of the Office 365 suite, primarily Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of PowerShell for automating administrative tasks in Office 365.
• Knowledge of archiving tools, backups, and information restoration (retention policies for compliance and email archiving).
• Email flow administration.
• Knowledge of using the eDiscovery tool for information search and retention.
• Administration of collaboration and security rules.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.

• Languages: English at an intermediate/advanced level.

The position is based in Seville under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you can build valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

It is essential to reside in Spain and hold a valid work permit in Spain.

Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en Administración de O365 que quiera desarrollar su carrera en un entorno tecnológico dinámico, participando activamente en la gestión, mejora y optimización de entornos críticos para el negocio. La persona se integrará en un equipo técnico donde podrá asumir responsabilidades de forma autónoma, evolucionar como experto y contribuir a la resolución de retos complejos en infraestructura.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Experiencia de al menos 3 años en la administración y gestión de la suit Office 365, principalmente Exchange on-line, SharePoint, Teams y OneDrive.
• Conocimientos de PowerShell para la automatización de tareas de administración en Office 365
• Conocimientos de herramientas de archivado, backups y restauraciones de información (políticas de retención para cumplimiento y archivo de correos)
• Administración de Flujos de Correo
• Conocimiento en el uso de la herramienta de eDiscovery para la búsqueda y retención de información.
• Administración de Reglas de Colaboración y Seguridad
• Conocimientos de Directorio Activo y Entra ID.

• Idiomas: Inglés nivel medio/alto

El puesto se desempeña en Sevilla en un modelo de trabajo híbrido realizando algunos días desde tu casa y otros en la oficina donde podrás crear interesantes sinergias con el resto de tu equipo.
