The role

Join Accenture and help transform leading organizations through innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a Pega Developer to join our Software & Platform Engineering team, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of business process management and workflow automation solutions using the Pega platform. This role is associated with a Software Engineering Analyst position within our Low-Code practice.

What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Pega Platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Configure workflows, case management processes, business rules, and integrations with enterprise applications.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
Ensure adherence to development standards, quality guidelines, and security best practices.
Work in Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
