Business Analyst

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with approximately 4 years of experience to join the team that supports the Product and Pricing Catalog of a banking client, participating in the integration of the bank's ecosystem with the Zafin tool.

• Participate in the development of functional project designs alongside the client's internal team.

• Coordinate follow-up sessions with stakeholders, preparing materials and progress reports.

• Run workshops with business teams to define and configure products to be migrated to the tool.

• Configure the tool from the front end based on defined functional requirements and priorities.

• Define, document, and detail functional requirements, ensuring proper traceability and prioritization.

• Perform functional banking analysis on products, pricing, and related logic, providing technical insight.

• Manage milestones, dependencies, and risks during the implementation project, facilitating communication between areas.

• Provide functional knowledge of core banking ecosystems and, preferably, familiarity with Zafin (not mandatory).

The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

It is essential to reside in Spain and hold a work permit in Spain.

Buscamos un/a Consultor/a Funcional con aproximadamente 4 años de experiencia para incorporarse al equipo que da soporte al Catálogo de Productos y Precios de un cliente bancario, participando en la integración del ecosistema del banco con la herramienta Zafin.

• Participar en la construcción de diseños funcionales del proyecto junto al equipo interno del cliente.

• Coordinar sesiones de seguimiento con stakeholders, elaborando materiales y reportes de avance.

• Ejecutar workshops con equipos de negocio para definir y configurar productos a migrar a la herramienta.

• Configurar la herramienta desde el front en base a requerimientos funcionales y prioridades definidas.

• Definir, detallar y documentar requerimientos funcionales, asegurando correcta trazabilidad y priorización.

• Realizar análisis funcional bancario sobre productos, precios y lógica asociada, aportando criterio técnico.

• Gestionar hitos, dependencias y riesgos durante el proyecto de implantación, facilitando la comunicación entre las áreas.

• Aportar conocimiento funcional sobre ecosistemas core bancarios y, de forma deseable, familiaridad con Zafin (no imprescindible).
