Business Analyst - Digital Transformation / Process Digitalization (Bilbao)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to participate in digital transformation and process digitalization projects, acting as a business partner for business areas.

The role will play a key part in supporting projects, working with both business and technology, helping to define, prioritize, and deliver digital solutions that generate real impact.

Projects may include, among others, implementing platforms, evolving existing solutions, or digitalizing end‑to‑end processes (CRM, Marketing Automation, or other digital solutions).

Responsibilities:

• Support the gathering and analysis of business needs alongside stakeholders.
• Collaborate in developing basic functional documentation (requirements, use cases, processes).
• Participate in projects involving the implementation of digital solutions or the digitalization of processes.
• Assist in analyzing and modeling business processes (AS‑IS / TO‑BE).
• Provide support in functional testing activities (UAT) and solution validation.
• Collaborate in preparing support materials and training for users.
• Support the team in project tracking and basic coordination tasks.
• Gradually learn to act as a liaison between business and technology.

Required experience and knowledge:

• 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (consulting environment)
• Interest in digital transformation projects and process improvement.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into simple functional requirements.
• Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, documentation).
• English B2

Buscamos un/a Business Analyst para participar en proyectos de transformación digital y digitalización de procesos, actuando como business partner de las áreas de negocio.

El rol tendrá un papel clave el apoyo en proyectos trabajando tanto con negocio como con tecnología, ayudando a definir, priorizar y aterrizar soluciones digitales que generen impacto real.

Los proyectos pueden incluir, entre otros, implantación de plataformas, evolución de soluciones existentes o digitalización de procesos end‑to‑end (CRM, Marketing Automation u otras soluciones digitales).

Funciones:

• Apoyar en la recogida y análisis de necesidades de negocio junto a stakeholders.
• Colaborar en la elaboración de documentación funcional básica (requisitos, casos de uso, procesos).
• Participar en proyectos de implantación de soluciones digitales o digitalización de procesos.
• Ayudar en el análisis y modelado de procesos de negocio (AS‑IS / TO‑BE).
• Dar soporte en actividades de pruebas funcionales (UAT) y validación de soluciones.
• Colaborar en la preparación de materiales de soporte y formación para usuarios.
• Acompañar al equipo en el seguimiento del proyecto y en tareas de coordinación básicas.
• Aprender progresivamente a actuar como enlace entre negocio y tecnología.

• 1-2 años de experiencia en roles similares (ámbito consultoría)
• Interés por proyectos de transformación digital y mejora de procesos.
• Capacidad para entender procesos de negocio y traducirlos en requerimientos funcionales sencillos.
• Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, PowerPoint, documentación).
• Inglés B2
• Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender.
• Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Orientación a negocio y a resolución de problemas.
• Capacidad para recibir feedback y evolucionar rápidamente.

• Se valorará conocimientos básicos del ecosistema de soluciones digitales; experiencia en CRM, Marketing Automation u otras plataformas
