About the role

At Accenture, we help leading financial institutions drive their transformation through strategic initiatives that combine business and technology. We are looking to hire a PMO Functional Profile for a key project within the Transformation Office, working closely with business and technology teams in the Banking sector.

The selected candidate will act as a bridge between functional and technical areas, actively participating in the definition, monitoring, and documentation of high-impact strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate on the gathering, analysis, and definition of requirements alongside business teams.

  • Prepare and maintain tracking presentations and reporting for different stakeholder levels.

  • Manage and update tracking tools (mainly Excel).

  • Draft functional and project definition documentation.

  • Provide support for project management, coordination, and governance from the PMO.

  • Ensure fluid and effective communication among the different project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Between 3 and 4 years of experience in a functional and/or PMO role in projects.

  • Strong communication skills and experience working with clients.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Ability to synthesize, organize, and document information.

  • Experience in technology solution implementation projects.

  • Knowledge of the banking and/or insurance sector.
