PKI Engineer

Main duties

• Design, implement, and configure public key infrastructures (PKI) in corporate environments.

• Administer and maintain digital certification platforms, including certification authorities and associated components.

• Manage electronic signature services, timestamping, and certificate validation.

• Configure and oversee cryptographic solutions applied to data protection and communications.

Responsibilities and requirements

• Demonstrable experience in PKI, electronic signature, and cryptography.

• Solid knowledge of digital certificate management and certification authorities.

• Experience in implementing and configuring digital security solutions.

• University degree in the ICT field.

• Professional English proficiency.

• Highly valued: in-depth knowledge of the eIDAS regulation, administration and operation of PKI (Entrust, SIAVAL, EJBCA), experience with electronic signature systems (Entrust, SIAVAL), and administration/integration of HSM (ideally Thales).

The position is remote, with the possibility of hybrid work in Spain, working some days from home and others in the office where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.

Funciones principales

• Diseñar, implantar y configurar infraestructuras de clave pública (PKI) en entornos corporativos.

• Administrar y mantener plataformas de certificación digital, incluyendo autoridades certificadoras y componentes asociados.

• Gestionar servicios de firma electrónica, sellado de tiempo y validación de certificados.

• Configurar y supervisar soluciones de criptografía aplicadas a la protección de datos y comunicacion

Responsabilidades y requisitos

• Experiencia demostrable en PKI, firma electrónica y criptografía.

• Conocimientos sólidos en gestión de certificados digitales y autoridades certificadoras.

• Experiencia en implantación y configuración de soluciones de seguridad digital.

• Titulación universitaria en el ámbito TIC.

• Inglés profesional.

• Extra valorado: conocimiento profundo en normativa eIDAS, administración y operación de PKI (Entrust, SIAVAL, EJBCA), experiencia en sistemas de firma electrónica (Entrust, SIAVAL) y administración/integración de HSM (idealmente Thales).
