We are looking for a technical engineer profile with at least one year of experience in user support in the area, with applications and engineering tools. Creating incidents, passing requirements for new developments, and testing changes before they reach end users.

Location and availability: Onsite in Madrid, at the client's site.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in user support with applications and tools in the engineering area.

• Degree in any engineering field, technical profile that identifies needs and turns them into requirements.

• Proficiency in 3DX, DOORS, and CAMEO tools.

• Social and communication skills for interacting with different areas.

Buscamos un perfil técnico de ingeniero con experiencia de al menos un año en soporte a usuarios del área con aplicaciones y herramientas de ingeniería. Creando incidencias, pasando requisitos para nuevos desarrollos y probando los cambios antes de que llegen a los usuarios finales.

Ubicación y disponibilidad: Madrid onsite en cliente.

• 1 año de experiencia mínima en Soporte a usuarios con apliaciones y herramientas del área de ingeniería.

• Grado en cualquier Ingeniería, perfil técnico que identifique necesidades y los convierta en requisitos.

• Dominio de herramientas 3DX, DOORS, CAMEO.

• Habilidades sociales y comunicativas para la interlocución con diferentes áreas.

• Idiomas
