We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant to join our team!

As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules for our clients, ensuring a smooth transition and meeting business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure success at every stage of the project.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into specific Workday configurations.
• Design and configure functional solutions in modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, or Recruiting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integration and migration.
• Perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate configurations.
• Train key users and provide post-implementation support.
• Stay up to date with the latest Workday updates and functionalities.

• Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant
• Strong knowledge of business processes related to Human Resources, Finance, or Talent Management.
• Workday certification (desirable).
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.

Como Consultor Funcional de Workday, serás responsable de apoyar la implementación, configuración y optimización de módulos Workday para nuestros clientes, asegurando una transición fluida y cumpliendo con los objetivos de negocio. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos y clientes para garantizar el éxito en cada etapa del proyecto.

• Analizar los requisitos de negocio y traducirlos en configuraciones específicas de Workday.
• Diseñar y configurar soluciones funcionales en módulos como HCM, Finanzas, Nómina o Reclutamiento.
• Colaborar con los equipos técnicos para garantizar la integración y migración de datos.
• Realizar pruebas funcionales y de usuario (UAT) para validar configuraciones.
• Capacitar a usuarios clave y proporcionar soporte post-implementación.
• Mantenerte actualizado con las últimas actualizaciones y funcionalidades de Workday.

• Experiencia comprobable como Consultor Funcional de Workday
• Sólidos conocimientos en procesos de negocio relacionados con Recursos Humanos, Finanzas o Gestión del Talento.
• Certificación en Workday (deseable).
• Habilidad para analizar problemas complejos y proponer soluciones prácticas.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés y español.
