Veeva RIM Consultant (Migration)

We are looking for a Consultant with experience in Veeva Vault to join international R&D projects, participating in global digital transformation initiatives and working with clients across different Veeva Vault domains such as Regulatory (RIM), Quality, Safety, or Clinical.

You will be part of multidisciplinary and international teams, supporting our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analysis of R&D business processes (Research, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety) to identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization.

• Participation in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Veeva Vault solutions.

• Supporting clients in the transformation and integration of their R&D platforms and operations.

• Collaboration with functional and technology teams, both locally and globally, ensuring the success of transformation initiatives.

• Advanced level of English, essential for working in an international environment (other languages will be valued).

• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault in at least one of its modules: RIM, Quality, Safety, or Clinical.

• Knowledge of R&D processes in Life Sciences and regulatory environments.

• Previous experience in technology or business consulting within the Life Sciences sector will be valued.
