Health and Safety Coordinator Zaragoza

We are looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator (HSE) to join immediately a construction project for an **AWS Data Center** in Zaragoza.

Main duties:

• Coordinate Health and Safety activities during the execution of the works, ensuring compliance with current regulations, AWS standards, and the project's prevention policies.

• Work closely with the client, the construction management, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with the highest HSE standards.

• Carry out regular site inspections and identify deviations or unsafe conditions

• Promote preventive and corrective actions to eliminate risks.

• Coordinate Health and Safety meetings with all project stakeholders.

• Review work procedures, risk analyses, and work permits.

• Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing the corresponding reports.

• Verify compliance with Spanish occupational risk prevention legislation and AWS internal standards.

• Prepare follow-up reports, HSE indicators, and prevention documentation.

• Qualification required to practice as a Health and Safety Coordinator in accordance with Spanish regulations.

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, or equivalent qualification.

• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention or qualifying training when applicable.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSE Coordinator in industrial construction projects, data centers, energy, or large infrastructure.

• Knowledge of Spanish Health and Safety regulations.

• Languages: Spanish and English B2

• Previous experience in Data Center projects.

• Experience working with international HSE standards.

• Knowledge of Lean Construction methodologies.

• NEBOSH, IOSH certifications, or equivalent.

• Experience in EPC projects or construction of critical facilities.

Buscamos un/a Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud (CSS) para incorporarse de forma inmediata a un proyecto de construcción de un **AWS Data Center** en Zaragoza.

Funciones principales:

• Coordinar las actividades de Seguridad y Salud durante la ejecución de las obras, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, los estándares de AWS y las políticas de prevención del proyecto.

• Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el cliente, la dirección facultativa, contratistas y subcontratistas para asegurar un entorno de trabajo seguro y el cumplimiento de los más altos estándares de HSE.

• Realizar inspecciones periódicas de obra e identificar desviaciones o condiciones inseguras

• Promover acciones preventivas y correctivas para eliminar riesgos.

• Coordinar reuniones de Seguridad y Salud con todos los intervinientes del proyecto.

• Revisar procedimientos de trabajo, análisis de riesgos y permisos de trabajo.

• Investigar incidentes y accidentes, elaborando los informes correspondientes.

• Verificar el cumplimiento de la legislación española en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales y de los estándares internos de AWS.

• Elaborar informes de seguimiento, indicadores HSE y documentación preventiva.

• Titulación habilitante para ejercer como Coordinador de Seguridad y Salud conforme a la normativa española.

• Formación en Ingeniería, Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica o titulación equivalente.

• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales o formación habilitante cuando resulte aplicable.

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años como CSS en proyectos de construcción industrial, centros de datos, energía o grandes infraestructuras.

• Conocimiento de la normativa española en materia de Seguridad y Salud.

• Idiomas: español e inglés B2

• Experiencia previa en proyectos de Data Centers.

• Experiencia trabajando con estándares HSE internacionales.

• Conocimiento de metodologías Lean Construction.

• Certificaciones NEBOSH, IOSH o equivalentes.

• Experiencia en proyectos EPC o de construcción de instalaciones críticas.
