Cybersecurity Manager / Delivery Lead

to join our team in

A Coruña

, with experience in the

retail

sector, to collaborate on the development and consolidation of strategic relationships with our main clients.

The selected candidate will play a key role in liaising with senior stakeholders, combining

technical capability and business vision

, contributing both to account growth and to the delivery of cybersecurity projects.

• Act as a trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders in the field of cybersecurity.
• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships within the retail sector client.
• Identify and support the generation of new business opportunities.
• Lead technical and strategic conversations, providing differentiating value.
• Participate in the definition of security proposals and solutions.
• Take on responsibilities as Delivery Lead in awarded projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technical and commercial) to drive account growth.

• Relevant experience in Cybersecurity (GRC, security architecture, strategy, risk or similar).
• Previous experience in the retail sector, ideally with knowledge of large clients and their organizational models.
• Professional level: Manager or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Solid combination of technical knowledge and business orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience as a Delivery Lead or leading cybersecurity programs.
• Experience in consulting environments.
• Ability to influence decision-making in complex contexts.
• Network of contacts in the retail sector.

La persona seleccionada tendrá un rol clave en la interlocución con stakeholders de alto nivel, combinando

capacidad técnica y visión de negocio

, contribuyendo tanto al crecimiento de la cuenta como a la entrega de proyectos de ciberseguridad.

• Actuar como trusted advisor para stakeholders senior del cliente en el ámbito de la ciberseguridad.
• Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones estratégicas dentro del cliente del sector retail.
• Identificar y apoyar la generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
• Liderar conversaciones técnicas y estratégicas, aportando valor diferencial.
• Participar en la definición de propuestas y soluciones de seguridad.
• Asumir responsabilidades como Delivery Lead en proyectos adjudicados, asegurando calidad y eficiencia en la ejecución.
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares (técnicos y comerciales) para impulsar el crecimiento de la cuenta.

• Experiencia relevante en Ciberseguridad (GRC, arquitectura de seguridad, estrategia, risk o similares).
• Experiencia previa en el sector retail, idealmente con conocimiento de grandes clientes y sus modelos organizativos.
• Nivel profesional: Manager o equivalente.
• Capacidad demostrada de interlocución con stakeholders senior.
• Sólida combinación de conocimiento técnico y orientación a negocio.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

• Experiencia como Delivery Lead o liderazgo de programas en ciberseguridad.
• Experiencia en entornos de consultoría.
• Capacidad para influir en la toma de decisiones en contextos complejos.
• Red de contactos en el sector retail.
