Senior Manager – Cultural Transformation & IT Operating Model Transformation

At Accenture, we are looking to hire a Manager for our organizational and technological transformation team in Madrid. We are seeking professionals with experience leading cultural and organizational transformation projects, capable of driving strategic initiatives that evolve corporate culture, ways of working, and operating models for technology areas to meet current business needs.

The selected candidate will work with executive teams, business areas, and technology leaders to design and implement organizational improvements, foster change adoption, and ensure alignment between strategy, people, processes, and technology.

What will you do?

• Lead cultural and organizational transformation projects for large companies, defining change, engagement, and adoption strategies.
• Design and implement IT operating models, including organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, governance, and service models.
• Manage relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure the proper execution of transformation programs and the achievement of business results.

Responsibilities

• Define cultural transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Lead organizational assessments, maturity analyses, and evaluations of technology operating models.
• Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) for IT organizations, incorporating processes, governance, capabilities, and organizational structures.
• Manage consulting teams and oversee the end-to-end execution of transformation programs.
• Collaborate with business, HR, and technology teams to ensure the sustainability of implemented changes.

Essential requirements

• Experience as a Manager or Senior Manager leading cultural and organizational transformation projects.
• Experience designing and implementing IT operating models.
• Experience managing complex business transformation and change management programs.
• Experience defining organizational structures, governance models, and operating models.
• Experience managing stakeholders at executive and senior leadership levels.
• Intermediate English (B1-B2), both oral and written.

Valuable requirements

• Experience in digital transformations and reorganization of technology functions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Product Operating Model, or Digital Operating Model.
• Experience in international transformation programs.
• Certifications related to Change Management, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or project management.
• Experience in transformation initiatives supported by advanced analytics or artificial intelligence.
• Participation in business development activities and preparation of commercial proposals.

En Accenture buscamos incorporar un/a Manager para nuestro equipo de transformación organizativa y tecnológica en Madrid. Buscamos profesionales con experiencia liderando proyectos de transformación cultural y organizacional, capaces de impulsar iniciativas estratégicas que permitan evolucionar la cultura corporativa, la forma de trabajar y los modelos operativos de áreas tecnológicas para responder a las necesidades actuales del negocio.

La persona seleccionada trabajará con equipos directivos, áreas de negocio y responsables de tecnología para diseñar e implantar mejoras organizativas, fomentar la adopción del cambio y asegurar la alineación entre estrategia, personas, procesos y tecnología.

¿Qué harás?

• Liderar proyectos de transformación cultural y organizativa para grandes compañías, definiendo estrategias de cambio, engagement y adopción.
• Diseñar e implantar modelos operativos de IT, incluyendo estructuras organizativas, roles, responsabilidades, governance y modelos de servicio.
• Gestionar la relación con clientes y stakeholders senior, facilitando la toma de decisiones y la ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas.
• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares para asegurar la correcta ejecución de programas de transformación y la consecución de resultados de negocio.

Responsabilidades

• Definir hojas de ruta de transformación cultural alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos de negocio.
• Liderar assessments organizativos, análisis de madurez y evaluaciones de modelos operativos tecnológicos.
• Diseñar e implantar Target Operating Models (TOM) para organizaciones IT, incorporando procesos, gobierno, capacidades y estructuras organizativas.
• Gestionar equipos de consultoría y supervisar la ejecución integral de programas de transformación.
• Colaborar con equipos de negocio, RRHH y tecnología para asegurar la sostenibilidad de los cambios implantados.

Requisitos imprescindibles

• Experiencia como Manager o Senior Manager liderando proyectos de transformación cultural y organizacional.
• Experiencia en diseño e implantación de modelos operativos de IT (IT Operating Models).
• Experiencia gestionando programas complejos de transformación empresarial y gestión del cambio.
• Experiencia en definición de estructuras organizativas, modelos de gobierno y operating models.
• Experiencia gestionando stakeholders de nivel directivo y ejecutivo.
• Inglés nivel intermedio (B1-B2) oral y escrito.

Requisitos valorables

• Experiencia en transformaciones digitales y reorganización de funciones tecnológicas.
• Experiencia en metodologías Agile, Product Operating Model o Digital Operating Model.
• Experiencia en programas de transformación internacional.
• Certificaciones relacionadas con Change Management, Agile, Scrum, Prosci o gestión de proyectos.
• Experiencia en iniciativas de transformación apoyadas por analítica avanzada o inteligencia artificial.
• Participación en actividades de desarrollo de negocio y elaboración de propuestas comerciales.
