Technical Lead Frontend / Angular

We are looking for a Technical Lead Frontend specialized in Angular to join a project of great technological relevance. The selected person will technically lead the development of frontend solutions, participate in the definition of architectures, and ensure the implementation of good development practices within the team.

• Lead the design and development of Angular-based web applications, ensuring technical quality and scalability of the solutions.

• Define frontend development standards, code reviews, testing strategies, and good engineering practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for the integration of backend services and the evolution of application architectures.

• Participate in technological decision-making, resolution of complex issues, and technical support for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Design frontend architectures using Angular and TypeScript.

• Technically coordinate the frontend development team, promoting quality standards and continuous improvement.

• Supervise the integration of APIs and backend services.

The position is based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others in the office, where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.

It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.

• Experience as a technical reference or technical leader of frontend development teams.

• Residency in Barcelona or availability to work in a hybrid model with in-person attendance at the office.

• B2 level of English.

• Knowledge and experience in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web application development.

• Knowledge and experience in the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace are required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

• Professional experience with Java in software development projects.

Buscamos un/a Technical Lead Frontend especializado/a en Angular para incorporarse a un proyecto de gran relevancia tecnológica. La persona seleccionada liderará técnicamente el desarrollo de soluciones frontend, participará en la definición de arquitecturas y garantizará la implementación de buenas prácticas de desarrollo dentro del equipo.

• Liderar el diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones web basadas en Angular, garantizando la calidad técnica y la escalabilidad de las soluciones.

• Definir estándares de desarrollo frontend, revisiones de código, estrategias de testing y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.

• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para la integración de servicios backend y la evolución de la arquitectura de las aplicaciones.

• Participar en la toma de decisiones tecnológicas, resolución de incidencias complejas y soporte técnico al equipo de desarrollo.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar arquitecturas frontend utilizando Angular y TypeScript.

• Coordinar técnicamente al equipo de desarrollo frontend, promoviendo estándares de calidad y mejora continua.

• Supervisar la integración de APIs y servicios backend.

El puesto se desempeña en Barcelona en un modelo de trabajo híbrido realizando algunos días desde tu casa y otros en la oficina donde podrás crear interesantes sinergias con el resto de tu equipo.

Es imprescindible residir en España y tener permiso laboral en España.

• Experiencia como referente técnico o líder técnico de equipos de desarrollo frontend.

• Residencia en Barcelona o disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida con asistencia presencial al cliente.

• Nivel de inglés B2.

• Conocimientos y experiencia en TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 y desarrollo de aplicaciones web modernas.

• Se requiere conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de inteligencia artificial generativa y herramientas de IA aplicadas al puesto de trabajo, en línea con la apuesta de Accenture por un uso responsable y efectivo de la IA.
