Senior Generative AI Developer - LLM and Machine Learning

We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to join a technology team specialized in the design and deployment of advanced solutions based on language models and machine learning, working on high-impact projects for national and international clients. The position is based in the cities specified in the job posting and follows a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others in the office, where you can create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain. Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and evaluate Generative AI and Machine Learning models applied to real-world use cases, including NLP and Computer Vision.
• Develop and integrate solutions based on LLMs (GPT, Bard, LLaMA, or others) into enterprise products and platforms.
• Implement training, validation, and model deployment pipelines using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring AI models into production, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Responsibilities:

• Define technical architectures for Generative AI solutions and large-scale language models.
• Lead end-to-end development of AI use cases, from problem analysis to production deployment.
• Ensure MLOps best practices, model versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in technical decisions regarding the selection of models, frameworks, and cloud deployment environments.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Machine Learning applied to NLP and/or Computer Vision.
• Professional experience using large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Bard, or LLaMA.
• Experience developing and training models with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch for at least 3 years.
• Experience deploying AI models in production environments.
• University degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.

Valuable requirements:

• Experience using scikit-learn in Machine Learning projects.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in the cloud with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Previous experience launching products based on LLMs or Generative AI.

• Diseñar, entrenar y evaluar modelos de IA Generativa y Machine Learning aplicados a casos de uso reales, incluyendo NLP y Visión por Computadora.
• Desarrollar e integrar soluciones basadas en LLMs (GPT, Bard, LLaMA u otros) dentro de productos y plataformas empresariales.
• Implementar pipelines de entrenamiento, validación y despliegue de modelos utilizando frameworks como TensorFlow y PyTorch.
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para llevar modelos de IA a producción, asegurando escalabilidad, rendimiento y mantenibilidad.

Responsabilidades:

• Definir arquitecturas técnicas para soluciones de IA Generativa y modelos de lenguaje a gran escala.
• Liderar el desarrollo end‑to‑end de casos de uso de IA, desde el análisis del problema hasta el despliegue en producción.
• Garantizar buenas prácticas de MLOps, versionado de modelos, monitorización y mejora continua.
• Participar en decisiones técnicas relacionadas con la selección de modelos, frameworks y entornos de despliegue en la nube.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional trabajando con tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial Generativa.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Machine Learning aplicado a NLP y/o Visión por Computadora.
• Experiencia profesional en el uso de modelos de lenguaje de gran tamaño (LLMs) como GPT, Bard o LLaMA.
• Experiencia en el desarrollo y entrenamiento de modelos con TensorFlow y/o PyTorch durante al menos 3 años.
• Experiencia en despliegue de modelos de IA en entornos productivos.
• Titulación universitaria: Grado o Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o áreas afines.

Requisitos valorables:

• Experiencia en el uso de scikit-learn en proyectos de Machine Learning.
• Experiencia en la implementación de soluciones de IA en la nube con AWS, Google Cloud o Azure.
• Experiencia previa en el lanzamiento de productos basados en LLMs o IA Generativa.
