Management Consulting Director – Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Finance Transformation

We are looking for a Management Consulting Director - Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Finance Transformation with deep expertise in P2P process design, includingintelligent automation and Agentic AI, Value Architecture & Realization. Shared Services / GBS operating model transformation expertise will be additional advantage. You will lead the reinvention of clients' Procure-to-Pay function - from strategy and operating-model design through to implementation and value capture.

• Lead end-to-end P2P transformation engagements, spanning process reinvention and operating-model redesign.

• Drive process diagnostics and benchmarking to build data-backed transformation roadmaps.

• Shape target operating models (SSC, GBS, Managed Services) and the retained-vs-delivered split.

• Partner with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders to define value cases and transformation journeys.

• Act as primary engagement lead, managing multidisciplinary teams (process, technology, change) and ensuring high-quality delivery.

• Design P2P transformations enabled by SAP S/4HANA, Ariba/Coupa, VIM, process mining (Celonis) and Agentic AI - or other relevant technologies.

• Design and orchestrate large-scale change programmes across complex, multicultural organisations, with structured methodologies and stakeholder management.

• Align P2P process design with enterprise strategy, identifying optimisation opportunities.

The role is performed in Barcelona under a hybrid work model, combining remote work some days and in-office presence where you can create strong synergies with your team. Residence in Spain and a valid Spanish work permit are required.
