Salesforce Functional Consultant

Main duties:

• Participate in digital transformation projects for Life Sciences clients, leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into solutions together with the development team.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the proper execution of initiatives.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with established deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Previous experience as a functional consultant in Salesforce projects, ideally in the Life Sciences sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce modules and capabilities.
• Ability to lead client meetings, gather requirements, and document processes.
• Advanced English to work in international environments.

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

Funciones principales:

• Participar en proyectos de transformación digital para clientes del sector Life Sciences, liderando la implementación de soluciones Salesforce.
• Analizar requerimientos funcionales y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas junto al equipo de desarrollo.
• Coordinar con equipos multidisciplinares para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las iniciativas.
• Asegurar la calidad de las entregas y el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.

Responsabilidades:

• Experiencia previa como consultor/a funcional en proyectos Salesforce, idealmente en el sector Life Sciences.
• Conocimiento profundo de los módulos y capacidades de Salesforce.
• Capacidad para liderar reuniones con cliente, recopilar requerimientos y documentar procesos.
• Inglés avanzado para trabajar en entornos internacionales.
