S&C Capital Markets Consultant

Main responsibilities

As a Capital Markets Consultant, you will participate in projects to help investment banks, asset managers, exchanges, and other market infrastructures prepare for the markets of the future. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining target operating models (TOM) and process architectures.

• Developing business requirements specifications.

• Designing and planning user acceptance testing (UAT) and business readiness.

• Managing projects and relationships with onshore/offshore clients.

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others at the office, where you can build valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.

• Fluency in English (oral and written).

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in capital markets consulting functions.

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.

• Initiative to stay up to date with emerging methodologies, tools, and technologies.

Funciones principales

Como Consultor/a de Capital Markets, participarás en proyectos para ayudar a bancos de inversión, gestoras de activos, bolsas y otras infraestructuras de mercado a prepararse para los mercados del futuro. Tus funciones incluirán:

• Grado en ADE, Finanzas o Ingeniería.

• Dominio de inglés (oral y escrito).
